About CadPlan Residential Designs
CadPlan Residential Design offers a complete house planning and design service. Thomas C. Wade, has been designing homes in Carteret County and surrounding Counties for over 35 years. Mr. Wade specializes in the Custom Coastal Vernacular style as will as Traditional Beaufort Style, Contemporary and Pole Style houses. He also works with existing homeowners for house additions and renovations. His service includes Duplex and Triplex Multifamily design. He provides project inspection during the construction phase.
Mr. Wade generally works in 3D to produce Photo Realistic Renderings of his designs. This enables a client to see their project more clearly from any angle. He uses the latest in CADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting) Software during the design process. He can provide digital format plans as well as paper blueprints or reproducibles.
Mr. Wade can modify owner provided plans (with approval) for local codes and ordinances. He enjoys working with local Contractors with Spec. House design offering multi-use pricing. He also provides industrial and office equipment layouts.
